Never read a review on this place so I assumed it...

Never read a review on this place so I assumed it must be 100% legit. Drove by it multiple times over the years but never ventured in until last month when I saw Judy. Stopped by on Sunday last week because my body was aching. Drew Jennifer. She found every ache in my body and even did the best foot massage ever working out my plantar facitis and even giving me hints on what to do for it in her broken English. Over a week later still feel like a million bucks.
I have my special girl for FS fun at another foot spa in Westminster. But for a real awesome legit massage this is the place.

At Happy Lily, you are essentially in one big room...

At Happy Lily, you are essentially in one big room where the spaces are are separated by partitions. And curtains. There was no way I would come here without being vaccinated. I haven’t been to a massage place since COVID hit. I have gotten my vaccines so I decided to go back to my favorite place for a legit massage. I’m not sure if it under new ownership but the pretty mamasan who used to greet me wasn’t there. The new person did not accept a card I had which entitled me to a free massage after 10 visits (I just needed one more). Very disappointing! Then I discovered that they raised their prices. There is no more $20 foot massage for an hour. Massage for 1 hr is now $40, or you can get a combination massage at the same price for 70 minutes. So I took the latter.

Momo did the usual good job of massage that one receives here. Completely legit. I never saw her face as the mask was always on. It was very hard for me to breathe with my mask on and face down.

This place might be under new ownership and I will assume this until I see the former mamasan there. It is not the great value that it once was due to a price increase. But I guess they have to make a living.

I like that you can get out of here with tip for less than than the door fee at most R&T\'s. Sometimes I just want a decent massage/foot massage without the crapshoot, games and expense of a R&T place.
You won\'t find any smoking hot babes or extras here, but you can get a nice foot massage/body massage combo that is pretty good in my opinion. Rose is pretty typical of the providers here. Older gal, doesn\'t talk a whole lot (good) and just does a nice massage. Rooms are ridiculously small with just curtains separating them. It is what it is, a legit massage for cheap.

I always come here for my legit massage. I saw Niza for the first time and she doesn\'t speak much English. MMS had to interpret. Apparently Niza has been there awhile. She was not much in the appearance department as she was chubby with average face. But she did give an enthusiastic massage. It was not as firm as some of the other providers that I have had here. When it came to the feet, I almost fell asleep as it was a pretty nice massage. If this had been a HE place, I would have been very disappointed with who I got, but since this is a fairly classy legit place, I was satisfied with the massage that was given to me.

For those who go to Happy Lily regularly as I do, this was another CiCi, not the one who left in December. If you\'ve read my reviews, you know that I like to go here for my legit massage. I wouldn\'t think that something more could be done here, so I don\'t see how another reviewer got a HE from someone. Again, only curtains separate the client and there are many of them, both male and female. Anyways, this CiCi was attractive and provided an excellent CMT massage. She hit those pressure points on my arms and hands very well. I haven\'t had a bad massage at this place. I continue to recommend for the legit massage as you won\'t find a better value.

Happy Lily is my go to place for a legit massage....

Happy Lily is my go to place for a legit massage. This was recommended to me by female coworkers. The reason this is so good is that you will get a professional massage for a great price. For $20 per hour, you get a semi-private area curtained area and they will do the entire body, except of course the 1-2% that other HE places take care of. The providers that I have had do similar massages.

Guys should come in shorts so she can work your legs and feet. You will take your shirt off but that is it. I have had Yoyo and CiCi, both of whom are no longer there. Lisa is just as good. She gets the kinks out and gets to the pressure points on the head, neck and arms. You start the massage lying on your back, opposite from the \"other\" places. Hot stones are done and this is very relaxing as well.

I recommend Lisa and will definitely be on the lookout for her, but any provider here should give a great massage. Don\'t bother trying anything nasty here because this place is strictly legit.

This places offers a 1-hour foot massage in a shared room for $15 or a \"private\" room for $20. The private room is partitioned using very flimsy sheets that make the curtains at the old Heavenly in Westminster look heavy duty in comparison. The foot massage was strictly legit although it was pretty darn good for $20. Lena was very polite and friendly and certainly strong enough but with absolutely zero sexy vibe. Worth checking out if you are looking for a cheap legit massage.

Cindy was tall and dressed well in nice figure fitting designer jeans and tight top. She smelled fresh and was very cheerful. the massage was in one of the back curtain areas except the curtains here seem to be see through. Anyway i stripped down to my shorts and let her do the massage which was better than average but the privacy issue was there so I didn\'t try any moves. Sometimes i just relax and go with it. On the flip she seemed to know what to do and if I were in a more private setting maybe more would have taken place. usually i try a new place at least two times if the MP looks promising but this place seems very legit. Too bad too as the girls can be young and pretty. Would recommend legit massage on $15 curtain area only.

Tiffany has a nice body and was wearing black yoga pants and loose top. She has a nice face and cute body with a little round rear and smells great. I went into this foot massage place to try and temp the girls for extras. The mamasan is one the ball and assigned a younger girl maybe 25-32 chinese girl due to the private curtain room off the right by itself for $30/hr. The other bunched together curtain rooms to the left are $25/ Hr. So mamasan is playing monopoly rent with her curtain rooms. The only downside is the curtains seem to be somewhat sheer or almost see-through which made me question extras. Tiffany was average with her massage technique on both the back and front but no real signs of extra play. Overall I would recommend with low expectations low price.
