MPReviews is a member-driven independent review platform for massage and spa locations. Published material is user-submitted. We host community content; authors are responsible for what they post. This policy describes what belongs on the platform and what we may remove.
1. User opinions and factual claims
Reviews and comments are personal opinions and accounts of individual experiences, not verified statements of fact. Readers should treat them as one source among many. We do not independently verify every detail in every submission.
2. What we allow
We allow content that:
- Describes a real, first-hand visit to a massage or spa-related business or provider, written in good faith.
- Stays within applicable law and this policy.
- Supports consumer transparency without crossing into harassment, illegal activity, or exploitation.
3. What we do not allow
We remove or reject content that includes, for example:
- Illegal activity — instructions, offers, or explicit descriptions of unlawful services.
- Abuse and harassment — targeted threats, doxxing, or sustained personal attacks meant to harm an individual.
- Spam and manipulation — fake reviews, duplicate posts, template-generated submissions, or coordinated inauthentic campaigns.
- Unsolicited advertising — commercial solicitations or reviews whose primary purpose is promotion rather than a genuine visit account.
- Privacy violations — posting another person’s private contact details, government IDs, or similarly sensitive data without a legitimate public-interest reason.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance; reported to authorities when appropriate).
4. Businesses and listings
Businesses cannot edit, remove, or replace member reviews through payment or special access. If content violates this policy, we act based on our rules — not on who requests removal.
5. Reporting and appeals
If you believe content violates this policy, use the report tools on the relevant page or contact support with specifics (URL, nature of the issue). If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may ask for a second review.
