I was never in a situation where I was video recorded that I know of. I have been in spa where they take a voice recorder and turn it on so that a conversation could be heard on tape. After they realize that you are not a sissy cop ( no badge, gun, mace etc) then they could erase the session and wait for the next monger to do it all over. I think this is a great idea for the girls to do all the time. then when Joe Sissy Cop tries to entrap them, everything is on audio.
It might not stand up in court, but at least the girl and the house will have some type of record of events to bring to the hearing. At that point a GREAT LAWYER is necessary to acquit the charge based on that.
If I was video'd I just smile and wave and enjoy. If it ever got out in public, I would be a very rich man indeed.
